Back to wire weaving

After several weeks of holding back on wire wrapping, my hands have returned to normal - the arthritis has calmed down and I'm back to doing wire weaving. In the interim I did a number of earring styles and some bracelets. I enjoy the weaving and I like the way the pieces sort of "evolve". Last night I made a pair of woven earrings that turned out nicely and started a necklace and a bracelet. The necklace and bracelet are in a difference design from the earrings, so I'll need to make new earrings to go with those pieces. I'll get photos up soon.

Another Show

I'm packing for another show this weekend. This will be the last one of the year for me. I'm also hoping to get my e-newsletter created and sent very soon. This month will be about cleaning, storing, and taking care of your jewelry.

New Piece

We're into the holiday season big time! It's December 1 and I'm doing my first Middle East Dance weekend in several years. It's fun to see old friends and make some new acquaintances. I've been working on new woven wire pieces and I just came up with a variation on my traditional fiber weaving necklaces.
